Very cutely decorated condo and a great location to get anywhere. Loved the amenities and spacious living area. The owners are great communicators and have set it up being very hospitable! They also have lots of great ideas for food and location of things.Very grateful for everything it offered and would definitely stay again when we come back!!

2nd time staying. Was there with my son. Everything was clean and functional. My only suggestion would be to have the tub drain in master bathroom tub cleaned out. Shower water is backing up into the tub. Most likely due to hair in the drain.

Clean and quiet, bring a book. Positive: Apartment was clean, quiet and relatively close to the attractions we were visiting. Negative: We couldn't watch TV without subtitles. The volume was locked by owner/mgmt at a level impossible to hear over AC/heating unit. Even after turning that unit off, we were straining to hear it. Because of cleaning and admin fees, wouldn't recommend staying just one night.

Easy to access the property with the door code entrance system (no keys needed). There was clear communication given to us about the property before we arrived and also a detailed binder for us about the property located inside the home.

We flew in for our son's college graduation from GCU. Condo was awesome! Welcoming & clean; easy to get to everything we wanted to do and see! Pool area nice and relaxing. Great communication with owners. We will come back! Thanks
