The apartment is comfortable, in a pleasant complex. The master bedroom and balcony overlook a busy road, which could present problems for light sleepers. The bed in the second bedroom was not well suited for two adults; they ended up using the bunk bed, not ideal for "mature" folks. We enjoyed the hot tub; the pool did not seem to be heated as advertised. (February)

Beautiful & comfy place to stay! Positive: The place was super cute and really comfy! I loved the location. After coming into the airport in Phoenix, this area is so much nicer and feels really safe! I loved being able to use the pool, hot tub & grill! There was just the right amount of space for all 5 of us to spread out. We came into town from Denver for the Billie Eilish concert and to spend a couple days hiking and touring the area. The beds are amazingly comfy and I actually need to find out the brand as my husband now wants to upgrade out mattress! I plan on coming out again in the near future to hit up some places I didn't make it to and to go wheelin' and plan on staying here if available. By far a ton better than any hotel. The place have everything you need! The 3 ring binder was also very helpful with finding hikes in the area, what the owners expect, etc. A few of the trails were closed due to errosion control and such, but we found others that were still close. Negative: It took a bit to find the assigned parking spot, but that was it. That place was amazing!

Not a property for someone who needs rest – loud AC, busy street, and unhelpful hosts Negative: We checked out after one night due to a very loud AC. Property is located on a busy street and is loud – not suitable for anyone looking for rest. The hosts were unhelpful and not accommodating
