Our friends referred us to The Cloisters at the Biltmore with the recommendation that the overall property was in an excellent location, quiet, well maintained and safe. That was all correct. The upscale shopping mall was nearby which offered many dining venues which we frequented by a short walk.Additionally we had the bonus that our unit was great for our two week stay. The kitchen was updated with granite countertops and attractive tiles as were the bathrooms.The bedding and linens were also quite nice.Communication with the owners was also prompt and efficient. Highly recommended.

We had a great stay at the Biltmore Gem! The location was amazing. We have some runners in our family and they were able to run next to the canal in the morning. We were also near restaurants and shopping. The condominium was clean and spacious, check in instructions were clear, and the outdoor deck off the living room was such a peaceful place to relax. Highly recommend!

The apartment was a great option and exactly as listed. Clean and well appointed. Lots of space to spread out. We also appreciated the complimentary basket of snacks! Great location near Biltmore shopping. Would definitely stay again. Thank you for the hospitality!
