Nicely appointed kitchen and laundry nice sized bedrooms Good location for hiking ball games and dining out

Clean, stocked and ready to enjoy! We've rented vacation homes/condos before but none were as stocked with essentials as this one. Coffee/teas, bath and body products, laundry and kitchen products were at our disposal. This 2 br, 2 bath unit was clean and fresh. It is situated at the back of the building so we didnt hear much street traffic. The pool area was nice with plenty of chairs. While it's not located in Old Towne Scottsdale, it's a short ride or a 35 min walk. It's about 12 miles from the Phoenix airport, which was very convenient. The owners were very responsive and a delight to rent from.

I chose staying at this property due to its location and proximity to where my husband had to have eye surgery. That worked out very well. The condo itself is nice; clean and quiet with convenient reserved parking. I was disappointed that it suggested an Old Town Scottsdale location in the title so my expectation was that I would walk out the front door and be in Old Town. That is not the case; it is a 30 minute walk or 10 minute drive to OT. Also, there are 15 stairs to climb which could be an issue for some. Lastly, the beds are quite firm which we personally found uncomfortable. Marissa was very responsive to my questions and overall we had a good stay.

Hotel accommodations weren't acceptable booked this property last minute. Nice, clean, comfortable for myself and a friend. Host is great and easy to work with. Communication was easy and quick.

The inside of the condo is comfortable and spacious. The host offers everything that you need. I stayed with a co-worker and felt that we had more than enough personal space. The beds are comfortable. I would stay here again when traveling to Scottsdale.
